Amalgamating our 2 Sunshine Coast based businesses, GRIT Positive Psychology and Alaya Escape, we now offer half-day, full-day and intensive 4-night individual, couple and small group retreats.
Half-day Independent (non-guided) Stress Release Retreat:
Times: 8.00 / 8.30am to 12.00 / 12.30pm OR Midday to 4.30pm.
